This service connects you directly with the right trades or businesses for your specific needs. Perfect for medium-to-large renovations or clearly defined plumbing and electrical jobs, Fix Connections is ideal for homeowners who prefer to manage their own projects.

Our full-service project management solution. We take care of scheduling, supply coordination, and execution—ensuring your project is completed smoothly and professionally. Ideal for complex or multi-phase work, this service can also be bundled with Fix Concierge for ongoing support.
Fix Concierge
Our most comprehensive service. Fix Concierge manages your home’s daily, monthly, and seasonal needs. We create a personalized maintenance checklist, conduct regular onsite visits (weekly, monthly, or bi-annually), and provide detailed home performance reports each month and quarter.

Home Visit ($150)
Your home transformation starts with our in-person consultation.
Our consultation will cover:
General insight into your home and your priorities; such as how long you intend to live there, or if a rental may be considered in the future. We want to make sure we understand the vision for your home so we can support you with relevant advice.
A walk-through of your home to help identify important features and information pertaining to your current or future projects.
The information collected in our conversation is used to start building a home profile. We will update this profile on a regularly basis as your projects and priorities progress.
What we provide in our walk-through:
Recommendations and guidance regarding all your current and future projects.
Clear instructions on how to manage seasonal responsibilities like winterizing exterior faucets, clearing gutters, or identifying storm sewer build up.
Insight into safely managing emergency situations like broken water lines, overflowing toilets, electrical shorts, gas leaks or any other issue that may arise.
Documentation relevant to the home and each project.
(Eg. Water, gas, electrical, floorplans, etc..)‘
Once we understand your home and you know us, you’re ready to use our Fix Findr service’s! Allow us to find the right path to completion! Our team will connect, collaborate and solve your home projects within an appropriate price.
Fix Findr Service’s:
Fix Projects: We build a plan and bring in the right trades to complete your list of small tasks or large projects. Our Fix advisor is onsite helping our fixers get the job done.
Fix Connection: For those one off repairs that need a licensed professional. Our team pairs the right trade with the project and connects them with the homeowner.
Fix Concierge: Our team creates a reoccurring schedule with regular onsite visits to the home. The assigned Fix advisor manages the connection with weekly, monthly, annual scheduled maintenance services.
Our goal is to create a relationship with our homeowners and eliminate the transactional experience. We are setting out to create more transparency and accountability within the traditional home maintenance industry.
