    Once you approve an estimate, we get to work. Our team identifies the right Fix Findr services and partners to execute your plan, and we begin scheduling immediately. Since our services are built to adapt to different home maintenance needs, we move quickly and effectively to get the right professionals on-site.

    Over time, as you get more comfortable with our team, requesting help becomes easier and more natural. No more searching or guessing—just consistent, reliable support.

    We understand that not everyone can move forward with all the projects, this is why we host all the projects in the homeowner’s portfolio. Any project pending is updated twice a year so homeowners can budget and have visibility into the ever changing construction costs.

    With every visit, plan, and project, we’re committed to simplifying homeownership by providing expert guidance, reliable services, and ongoing support tailored to you.Once a fixer is ready to take the project, a fix connection is complete and we will notify the homeowner. At this point we will schedule a time with both parties to meet, our advisors will either take a step back and let the fixer complete the project or if asked, our advisors will lend a hand where needed to see the project completed in a reasonable time. Once the project is complete, a quick follow up will be needed to confirm the project was completed and nothing is left out.
